A client-side recommender that never sees your data, against a proxy that sees the answer in order to check it.
What Not Diamond is
A routing recommender that analyses the prompt and tells your code which model to call. Your request then goes straight to the provider, so prompts and keys never touch their servers.
What Not Diamond does better
- The strongest privacy story in the category. They cannot leak what they never receive.
- No added hop, so no added latency on the call itself.
- Per-customer custom router training on your own evaluation data.
What llm11 does differently
- Not seeing the response is exactly why a recommender cannot verify it. That trade is the whole architectural difference between the two products.
- We default to zero retention: metadata always, prompt and response text only when a project explicitly opts in, with a retention window you set.
- We escalate automatically on a failed check rather than handing the decision back to your code.
Pick llm11 when
You need the output checked and can accept a proxy that stores no content by default.
Pick Not Diamond when
No third party may see your prompts under any circumstances, full stop.
