Evaluation platforms
Observability
The short version
Gateways move the request. Routers choose who answers it. Evaluation platforms measure quality before you ship, and observability records what happened after. None of those four intervene at the moment the answer exists and is about to be returned, which is the only moment a bad answer can still be stopped. That gap is what this product occupies, and it is why several of these tools sit happily alongside it rather than against it.
